When coaching isn't the answer

Not everyone who attends a discovery session starts with us. Sometimes we say honestly: what you need right now isn't coaching. It might be medical care, therapy, legal advice, or simply rest. Coaching takes mental and emotional energy. For someone in acute crisis or severe burnout, coaching becomes a burden, not a solution. We don't operate on auto-renew. Every client chooses to continue after each session and can stop at any time without explanation. Integrity about when we work — and when we don't — is what makes the practice legitimate.
