The six stages in Coring aren't tasks — they're phases. No checklist. Cumulative understanding that emerges over time.
1. Discover. We ask open questions. No judgment, no solutions. What patterns do you notice in yourself?
2. Understand. Why? Not the surface why. Why at the level of context, history, and influence.
3. Accept. Not surrender — acknowledgment. Seeing what you've seen as a starting point.
4. Design. The first time in the journey we start to talk about a life. Relationships, work, habits. But the design is consistent with Phase One.
5. Apply. Small, measurable steps. Not revolution — evolution.
6. Refine. Life shifts, you evolve, the design grows with you.
Each stage takes its own time. There's no fixed schedule. Those who commit to the process arrive.
